Accessibility Statement

Our target

The site is designed toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a practical target, not a claim of formal certification or perfect compatibility with every device, browser and assistive technology.

Features in this build

• Semantic headings, landmarks and breadcrumb navigation
• A skip link and visible keyboard focus
• Keyboard-operable navigation, accordions and form controls
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and empty alternatives where decoration is ignored
• Responsive layouts and reflow without horizontal page scrolling at common narrow widths
• Colour contrast selected for normal and large text
• Reduced-motion support
• Explicit labels, instructions and accessible error summaries on the contact form

Known limitations

Third-party Microsoft Bookings or Cloudflare Turnstile interfaces, when enabled, are supplied by their respective providers and may have behaviour outside Jade’s direct control. The logo includes text inside an image, with equivalent alternative text. PDF source material used during development is not published as part of this website.

Testing approach

The launch build is checked with automated accessibility tooling, keyboard navigation, responsive browser views and representative manual inspection. Automated tests cannot determine every success criterion; content and interaction still require human review.

If you cannot access content or complete the enquiry form, email hello@jadebsi.com. Please describe the page, the problem, your device or browser if comfortable, and the format or assistance you need. Jade will use the information to investigate and offer a reasonable alternative where possible.

Ongoing work

Accessibility will be reviewed when content, integrations or design components change. The production owner should repeat representative keyboard, screen-reader and zoom checks before launch and after significant updates.
