Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Jade Business Solutions Services, Inc. handles personal information through this website and enquiry process.
Operator: Jade Business Solutions Services, Inc., a Philippine company. Registered address and meeting hub: 37th Floor, LKG Tower, 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, country or region, the type of role you are considering, indicative team size, your message and your consent to the handling described here. Optional fields are marked. We also process security information such as a session identifier, form timing, a honeypot field and a one-way keyed hash derived from the requesting IP address for rate limiting. Enquiry message bodies are not written to application logs.
Our hosting provider may process standard server logs including IP address, time, requested page, user agent and response status. We do not use this website for advertising profiles.
Why we process it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether Jade’s model may fit, maintain reasonable records of business conversations, protect the form from abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Providing an enquiry is voluntary, but we cannot respond without a usable contact method.
Who receives it
Authorised Jade personnel and contracted technology providers may process information where needed to operate the website, email and security controls. Production email is intended to use a configured business mailbox. If Microsoft Bookings is enabled, it is loaded only after you choose to open it and Microsoft may then process information under its own terms. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled on the form for anti-abuse verification; optional Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled unless configured.
Cross-border handling
Jade is based in the Philippines and website or email providers may process information in other jurisdictions. Australian organisations considering a commercial engagement should separately assess their own cross-border privacy obligations for client data. Website enquiries do not by themselves define the data-processing arrangements for a future service engagement.
Security
We use measures proportionate to this website, including HTTPS in production, security headers, CSRF protection, input validation, anti-automation controls, rate limiting and restricted configuration. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention
We intend to retain a business enquiry only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, resolve disputes or meet legal and recordkeeping duties. As an operational default, enquiries should be reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless there is a documented reason to keep them longer. Security rate-limit records expire automatically and contain no message body.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your enquiry, object to or restrict certain processing, or raise a concern. Rights depend on the law and circumstances. Contact hello@jadebsi.com. Jade may need to verify your identity before acting.
Applicable privacy frameworks
Jade is subject to applicable Philippine privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Some Australian privacy obligations may be relevant to particular dealings or clients; no statement on this page concedes that every Australian privacy provision applies to Jade in every circumstance. Service-engagement privacy roles and safeguards are documented separately.
Changes
We will update the review date and publish material changes on this page. This policy requires final owner and Philippine legal review before production launch.
