These terms apply to use of the public Jade Business Solutions website. Client services are governed by separate signed agreements.
The website is operated by Jade Business Solutions Services, Inc., a Philippine company, from its registered address and meeting hub at 37th Floor, LKG Tower, 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Informational purpose
Website content is general business information. It is not legal, privacy, cyber-security, tax, BAS, accounting or employment advice. Jade is not registered as an Australian tax agent or BAS agent and does not offer Australian tax or BAS lodgement through this website.
No client relationship or guarantee
Submitting an enquiry, reading an article or participating in an introductory discussion does not create a client, employment, agency or fiduciary relationship. Service scope, fees, timing, management, responsibilities and other terms exist only when recorded in a signed agreement. Recruitment timing, candidate availability and business outcomes are not guaranteed.
Accuracy and changes
Jade aims to keep the website accurate and shows review dates where current rules matter. Information can change, third-party guidance may be updated and errors can occur. Confirm material decisions with an appropriate adviser and the current signed proposal or agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, design, code and Jade brand assets are owned by or licensed to Jade. You may view, print or save a reasonable copy for internal evaluation. You may not misrepresent, republish commercially, scrape at scale or remove attribution without permission. Stock photography remains subject to its source licence.
Third-party links and services
Links to regulators and service providers are provided for convenience and source transparency. Jade does not control their availability or content. Optional Microsoft Bookings, Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare Web Analytics are governed in part by their providers’ terms.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to compromise the site, bypass controls, submit unlawful or misleading content, introduce malware, interfere with availability or use the form for unsolicited marketing. Jade may block abusive traffic and preserve relevant security records.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jade excludes implied warranties concerning the website and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or reliance on, public website content. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Governing law
These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with disputes subject to competent Philippine courts, subject to any mandatory rights that apply elsewhere. This clause and the complete terms require Philippine legal review before launch.
