We are a Philippine entity. Jade has no Australian office or Australian legal entity, and invoices are issued by the Philippine company. Our registered Makati address is a registered address and meeting hub, not a staffed delivery centre.

Jade is led by senior professionals with decades of collective experience across finance, shared services and BPO, client and project management, governance and Australian business relationships.
Leadership capability includes senior finance and governance credentials at CPA, CMA and GAICD level. Individual names, photographs, employment histories and biographical profiles are not published to respect privacy.

Jade’s registered address and meeting hub is 37th Floor, LKG Tower, 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226, Metro Manila, Philippines. Delivery is remote-first rather than concentrated in a staffed office.
Working arrangements, devices, connectivity, security and business continuity requirements are agreed with each client for the roles involved.
