About Jade
About Jade: a Filipino outsourcing partner for Australian business.
Jade Business Solutions Services, Inc. is a small Philippine company established in 2023 to build dedicated professional teams with clear responsibility and respectful employment.
Our position
Close enough to care about every working relationship.
We employ 71 people supporting 27 clients across Australia, Singapore and the Philippines. We are remote-first and focus on full-time professionals dedicated to one client.
We are a Philippine entity. Jade has no Australian office or Australian legal entity, and invoices are issued by the Philippine company. Our registered Makati address is a registered address and meeting hub, not a staffed delivery centre.

Our mission
More capability. Less overhead.
Our mission is to help businesses reach further by building dedicated Filipino professional teams that expand capability at a significantly lower employment cost than comparable Australian roles.
We match experienced people to the requirements of each role, support them through responsible Philippine employment, and help clients integrate them into their systems, standards and working rhythm, creating more capacity, continuity and room for growth while keeping accountability, quality and human connection at the centre.
Jade makes high-quality capability more accessible to businesses that need to grow carefully.
Leadership
Experienced, deliberately private.
We are led by senior professionals with decades of collective experience across finance, shared services and BPO, client and project management, governance and Australian business relationships.
Leadership capability includes senior finance and governance credentials. Individual names, photographs, employment histories and biographical profiles are not published to respect privacy.
What that experience should mean for clients
- Clearer roles and accountability
- Practical finance and shared-services judgement
- Respect for professional standards and client controls
- Direct conversations when a model does not fit
Registered presence
Remote-first across the Philippines.
Our registered address and meeting hub is 37th Floor, LKG Tower, 6801 Ayala Avenue, Makati City 1226, Metro Manila, Philippines. Delivery is remote-first rather than concentrated in a staffed office.
Working arrangements, devices, connectivity, security and business continuity requirements are agreed with each client for the roles involved.
Proudly Filipino
A Philippine company, working with Australian businesses.
We are Filipino-owned, Filipino-staffed and based in Metro Manila. We say that plainly because the alternative, presenting an offshore provider as though it were quietly Australian, asks everyone to pretend, and pretending is a poor foundation for work that depends on trust.
Our people are university-educated finance and business professionals who chose this work because it is interesting and long-term. They are assessed on technical capability and on how clearly they communicate in English, because both matter in a role that sits inside someone else’s finance function. What they are not asked to do is sound like they are somewhere else.
Working across two countries produces real differences in how people give feedback, raise problems and read urgency. Those differences do not disappear because everyone is being polite about them. We prepare our employees for Australian working practices, and we help client teams brief, review and escalate in ways that land, because a working relationship only one side has adapted to is not a partnership.
The name and the mark
A person, holding a globe.
The Jade logo is a figure with its arms around the world. It was chosen before the company had a website or a second client, and it still describes the intent: reach further without letting go of the personal connection or the operational control that made the business work in the first place.
In practice that means a deliberately small company. We would rather know every client relationship and every employee than run a volume operation where neither is true. It is also why we publish our actual numbers instead of a growth story, and why our case studies describe structure rather than inventing results.
How we work
- Full-time employees, dedicated to one client
- Remote-first across the Philippines, not a call floor
- Employment, payroll and HR under Philippine law
- Client-controlled systems, devices and approvals
- Senior client and project management as a team grows
Questions and answers
Practical details
Is Jade an Australian company?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. Jade Business Solutions Services, Inc. is a Philippine company, established in 2023, with no Australian office and no Australian legal entity. Invoices are issued from the Philippines.
Why is the leadership team not named on the site?
A deliberate privacy decision. We are led by senior professionals with decades of collective experience across finance, shared services and BPO operations, client and project management, governance and Australian business relationships, including senior finance and governance credentials. You meet the people responsible for your engagement directly rather than through a website biography.
How big is Jade, really?
71 staff supporting 27 clients across Australia, Singapore and the Philippines, as at 30 June 2026. Small enough that the same people stay involved in a relationship, which is the point rather than a stage we are trying to grow out of.
