Essential session cookie

The Contact page sets an essential cookie named jade_session. It supports contact-form CSRF protection and rate limiting. It is a session cookie, is not used for advertising and is configured as HTTP-only, SameSite=Lax and Secure when the site is served over HTTPS. Ordinary content pages do not need to create this session.
