How it works
From role brief to working team in 2–4 weeks.
A practical recruitment and onboarding process with visible decisions, dependencies and responsibility at every stage.
- 01
Discover
Define the role and control environment.
We clarify the outcomes, tasks, hours, reporting line, systems, access, experience, qualifications and review points. A clear brief prevents title-based assumptions.
- 02
Search
Jade recruits in the Philippines.
Jade sources and screens candidates against the agreed brief. Shortlisted profiles show actual experience and credentials; they are not drawn from an anonymous public CV pool.
- 03
Select
You interview and choose.
The client assesses technical fit, communication and working style. Jade coordinates the process and supports reference or other agreed pre-employment checks.
- 04
Prepare
Employment, equipment and access move in parallel.
Jade completes Philippine employment and HR onboarding. The client supplies the required device specification, software, licences, accounts, VPN and MFA configuration.
- 05
Onboard
Start with examples, controls and feedback.
The client provides process training and technical supervision. Jade supports employment matters, working arrangements and the agreed client-management cadence.
- 06
Improve
Review scope as capability grows.
Quality, workload, documentation, access and escalation are reviewed through the agreed operating rhythm. Business continuity is planned with each client rather than treated as a generic promise.

Timing
Two to four weeks is typical, not automatic.
Timing begins with an agreed brief and depends on the available candidate market, interview turnaround, checks, notice periods, employment onboarding, device readiness and system access.
Move faster by preparing
- A prioritised role brief and salary range
- Available interview times and decision-makers
- Device, licence and identity requests
- A first-month training plan
- Examples, checklists and approval limits
