Service models

Choose the right level of management and QA.

Every Jade role is full-time and dedicated to one client. The management layer changes with team size, risk and the amount of coordination the client needs.

Direct model

Client-directed dedicated employee

Your manager sets daily priorities, provides technical guidance and reviews the work. Jade remains the Philippine employer and supports HR, payroll, benefits and the agreed service cadence.

Often suited to

  • One to three employees
  • Strong client-side supervision
  • Well-documented workflows
  • Direct integration into an existing team

Compare responsibilities

Management support does not replace client accountability.

A deliberate choice

Consider coordination load, not just headcount.

A smaller team working in sensitive or fast-changing processes may benefit from shared management. A larger, mature finance function may already have strong client-side leadership. Jade will discuss reporting lines, time zones, QA, escalation, backup planning and change management before recommending a structure.

There is no promise that a manager is free or included in every engagement. Scope, seniority, availability and commercial terms are stated in the proposal.

Next step

Choose a structure that fits the team.

Discuss team size, client-side capacity, risk, QA and the operating cadence you want.
