Vacancy status

There are no current vacancies.

We are not collecting speculative CVs or maintaining a general applicant pool at this time. When a role opens, this page will show the position, requirements, location and an application route specific to that vacancy.

How work is structured

Dedicated work, supported employment.

One client context

Employees work full-time for one client, learning its systems, standards and team rhythm.

Philippine employment

We manage local employment, payroll, statutory benefits and HR support.

International collaboration

Working hours and communication practices are agreed for the role, often aligned with Australian teams.

Future applicants

Evaluate the role as carefully as the employer evaluates you.

When opportunities are posted, look for a clear client context, responsibilities, systems, hours, reporting line, selection process and employment terms. During interview, ask how technical direction, feedback, leave, performance support and confidentiality work.

Jade will not ask an applicant to pay a recruitment fee.

What the work is like

One client, learned properly.

Our employees are not moved between accounts or measured on tickets closed. You join one client’s team, learn how that business actually works, and become the person who knows why an exception exists rather than only that it does.

Most of our work is finance and accounting, with executive support and marketing roles alongside it. The clients are Australian, Singaporean and Philippine businesses, and the roles are real positions inside their operations, including month-end, reporting, payroll, project cost and executive support, not a queue of disconnected tasks.

Work is remote-first from anywhere in the Philippines. Hours are agreed for the role and are often aligned to Australian business hours, which is worth weighing honestly before applying rather than discovering afterwards.

What we provide

  • Employment under Philippine law, with payroll and statutory benefits
  • Applicable public holidays and health insurance
  • HR support that is a person, not a portal
  • Training toward client-required certification where agreed
  • A senior client or project manager as teams grow

How we recruit

Selected for a specific role, by the client as well as by us.

Roles are recruited against a brief from a named client, not into a general pool. We screen against that brief and shortlist; the client interviews and chooses. That means the conversation is about a real job with a real team, and you can ask specific questions about systems, hours, reporting line and how your work will be reviewed.

Communication is assessed as part of the process, in writing and in conversation, because these roles sit inside another organisation’s finance function. Qualifications and systems experience are verified rather than assumed. If a role needs a certification you do not yet hold, that is a conversation about training rather than an automatic no.

Jade will never ask an applicant to pay a recruitment fee, and will not ask for identity documents or bank details before an offer is made.

Apply only through the role-specific route published on this website.
